How to call out of a shift is you are sick
All call out must be done through the Hotschedules app. You must call out two hours before your scheduled in time and have made an effort by contacting at least two people who are not scheduled to work to cover your shift. If you find someone to cover your shift, swap shifts on the Hotschedules app. If can can not find someone to cover your shift, send a message via the Hotschedules messaging tool to all of the FOH Managers with the person covering your shift or the two people you reached out to to cover your shift. All call outs will be noted in the F&B call out log.

Each week you will get a section assignment. The whole week is published at a time so you can anticipate which section you will be in. Your section determines what sidework you are responsible for. Just because you are assigned a section does not mean you don't help your teammates out.
Requesting time off should be done with as much advanced notice as possible. If you know there is an important date coming up, please ensure you put in a request. Time off is on a first come first serve basis and requests sometimes do not get approved. There are also blackout dates which include major holidays.
